I think the single best book right now is "Mastering the Trade". Combine that with "Day Trading the Currency Market" and "Technical Analysis for the Currency Market" for a good library on fundamental and technical analysis.

Hi Mockingbird,
I would suggest to add to your list the following books:
"Bird watching in Lion Country", by Dr. Dirk Du Toit. Provides a sound approach and methodology to currency trading, good both for novice and experienced traders.
"Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas. It covers quite well the psychological aspects of trading.

One of my favourite forex ebook is Surefire Trading System

And the second favourite is Forex Cash Cow Ebook system , very easy to follow and profitable

My personal favourites are Market Wizards, and New Market Wizards - both by Jack Schwager. If you want to be a full time trader, you have to know how these guys think.

On a more practical level, I would advise traders to read about the Original Turtle Trading Rules - the Turtle Traders were a group of average people who were taught to be traders by a trading guru, and who had no trading background - now some of these guys are making millions..... really inspiring stuff.

My personal fave is “trading in the global currency markets” by Luca, it is a general explanation about the forex market, well explained. What moves forex and what it involves.
Many pips to all!
