I think its great you post no poistion. I find that the days you try and go against you can easily get burnt. One of the great rules of being a true forex winner is sitting on the sidelines, until the market gives a clear direction. (better to keep capital then to lose on a head fake. biggrin.gif Keep up the great work !!!!

Hi Stevanocie et al,
I am glad you asked this question. I loggedin to teh forum today to post exactly the same question..bceause I was disappointed that I didn't make money lately...to be honest..I lost patience and ended up speculating and lossing some money...

But can somebody tell me (because I am new to Forex) I have no idea...will things pick up? In early January, things were really cooking...and suddenly there is this 2 week dull-period...is thsi normal...how often do you get this type of quiet period? Please advise me, so that I can add this into my trading plan...

Thanks.
Arnaud

Every Year we have some periods without trends. It can last 1 month to more than 6 months.
But it's pretty rare that it happens on all parities at the same time.

Yeah you are right A method of evaluating securities by analyzing statistics generated by market activity, such as past prices and volume. Technical analysts do not attempt to measure a security's intrinsic value, but instead use charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest future activity.
