How can I paste the volatility table into an Excel spread sheet?

Thanks! If I set the table for hourly volatility for 24 hours, I assume I get the average hourly volatility for the prior 24 Hours.
Correct?

Please let me know when/how I can paste the table into an Excel spread sheet to track and manipulate the values.
