Setting up an account

Hi I am trying to set up an acct but the two last items would not save so that I can complete it. I tried several times but they would not update. Help

I need to fix the snapshot. The server is a bit overloaded, there are too many traders using Mataf 🙂

Hello. I also encountered the same situation. even though I pressed the take photo icon and saved the photo to my computer. however, the update of information is still 89% and it is not possible to achieve 100%. please help
